SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS
Adopted Revisions to the SCO Constitution and By-Laws are now available for membership review and comment. These changes were based on the review of Constitutions and By-Laws from many of the surrounding Civic Associations with the intent of clearing up some ambiguities and making the document more useful for future administrations. Per the existing Constitution and By-Laws, only members in good standing are eligible to vote either in person or by proxy on any changes adopted by the SCO.
