Charles Schumer has arranged a "noise abatement route" to minimize impact on residents.  A hot line has been established to field complaints from residents who feel they are still being impacted.  If you want to register a complaint, call 1-800-319-7410.

Annual Meeting and Election

You must be a member in good standing in order to vote
in the June elections

SPECIAL NOTICE TO ALL MEMBERS

Proposed revisions to the SCO Constitution and By-Laws are now available for membership review and comment.  These changes were based on the review of Constitutions and By-Laws from many of the surrounding Civic Associations with the intent of clearing up some ambiguities and making the document more useful for future administrations.  Per the existing Constitution and By-Laws, only members in good standing will be eligible to vote either in person or by proxy on these changes at the June meeting.
